How do I send money with Zelle®?

To send money with Zelle®, log in to Bank CMG's mobile banking app and select the 'Send Money with Zelle®' option. Enter your recipient's email address or U.S. mobile phone number, the amount you'd like to send, and an optional memo. Review and confirm your payment details, and that's it!

How long does it take to receive money with Zelle®?

If you and your recipient are both already enrolled with Zelle®, typically money sent will arrive in minutes. If your recipient isn't yet enrolled with Zelle®, they will receive a notification prompting them to enroll. After enrollment, the money will move directly to your recipient's account.

Is there a fee to send money using Zelle®?

Bank CMG does not charge any fees to send or receive money with Zelle®.

Are there transaction limits when using Zelle®?

Yes, Bank CMG sets limits on how much you can send using Zelle®. These limits are based on your account history and relationship with the bank. You can view your specific Zelle® send limits within the Bank CMG mobile app or online banking.

Yes, you can send money to small businesses that are enrolled with Zelle®. Before sending money to a business, you should verify that they are enrolled with the service and confirm that you're sending to the correct email address or phone number.
