Our Mission
Since 2011, the CMG Foundation has supported the cancer community, disabled Veterans, and those impacted by natural disasters through nonprofit partnerships, charitable events, and special initiatives.
How We Help
Through the R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment) Program, the Gary Sinise Foundation constructs specially adapted smart homes for our nation's most severely wounded heroes, restoring mobility, independence, and dignity to injured veterans and their families.
As the largest professionally led nonprofit network of cancer support worldwide, the Cancer Support Community ensures all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community.
Through their home grant program, MBA Opens Doors provides mortgage and rental payment assistance grants to parents and guardians caring for a critically ill or injured child. This allows families to spend precious time together without jeopardizing their homes during a medical crisis.

All donations to the CMG Foundation directly support our three nonprofit partners: the Gary Sinise Foundation R.I.S.E. Program, MBA Opens Doors Foundation, and Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area. Funds are distributed through our annual Wine Event proceeds, Giving Tuesday contributions, and special initiatives.

Volunteer opportunities are primarily focused around our annual Wine Event. However, we welcome ongoing support through donations, sponsorships, and participation in Giving Tuesday. Sign up for our volunteer list to be notified when opportunities become available.
